The awfully inaccurate opening monologue about Schrödinger’s cat painted a pretty clear picture of what I was getting into. Repo Men, the story about a future where you can finance organs, but if you don’t keep up your monthly fee, they repossess them, sounds likes it would make a great mindless action film. Instead, it was mostly just mindless. It tried to be dramatic, but failed, it tried to be smart, but failed, and it tried to be coherent, but failed at that too. It sucks even more because there are a few great actors in this movie.
